January is supposed to be the month of new resolutions. To tell you the truth I never really was into resolutions.
First of all as the universe has proved we can’t really make long term plans. Or at least, we can but we have to be prepared that it’s not going to flow exactly as we thought it would be.
Excuse me I ain’t telling you not to dream or set goals. Just to be prepared. There will be turns and dead ends, traffic lights and people who will get on the way. At the end that’s what previous years taught us in a way.
To not take situations in our life for granted,to stop and admire the view, take a deep breath, reset and move forward. Adaptability that’s the right word i guess. To be able to adjust to new conditions.

Try to set broader goals, work and “walk” toward them all year and the years after..
“Imagine your ideal future state, your material self and think about what steps you have to follow to get there.”
As a person, as a parent, as a co-worker, as a leader, as a friend.
Or consider little changes you can do in your daily routine. Changes that when they become a habit, a whole lot will change for you.
So instead of setting New Years resolutions I suggest for all of us to relax, take a big breath, celebrate ourselves and think of ways we can elevate what we already have.
I am wishing you adaptability, live your life, be proud of your life and embrace it’s turns as we begin this next chapter of 2023 together.
